    Comments: Additional construction should not itself be seen as a threat, but assurances must be made that H&H's right to run their business is not superceded by noise or other concerns from new builds in the vicinity. It would be neither fair nor right to infringe on the operations of a successful enterprise which serves the entire region merely to house an additional few persons in an already densely populated area..
