    Comments: The pub is a long established live music venue, any new residential development and anyone who lives there should be aware of this and it is there choice to live there and this shouldn't affect the pub as it was there first.

    Comments: The Hare & Hounds is a long running music venue & one of only a few in birmingham. Not only for established bands but as a platform for up and coming talent . If people decide to live next to this pub then thats their choice and any new planning permission should only be given if this important venue is protected.
