    Comments: Typical. The synic (or should it be the realist) in me, often wonders if there is an ulterior motive when potential plots are identified. Do some breweries in some cases want to get shot of some of their pubs and will give the nod to potential Building companies that they would consider, if the price is right, not to enter into costly legal battles when it gets to the submission/approval stage.Who knows. Dont wanna annoy ya with my paranoia.Seriously, keep music live.
