Comments: People who want to build or live in the flats should all sign prenuptial that they will never complain about noise or any other venue associated issues.. there are plenty of other places to live without spoiling a lot of peoples traditions and fun

Comments: Signed. Birmungham really needs this venue. There are precious little places for bands now, and the removal of this venue will not gelp the development of local music.

Comments: The Hare & Hounds has been a much loved part of my life for years and years. I have played there and attended countless amazing gigs. Most recently I have been part of a promoter that uses the venue: World Unlimited and we have used the venue and are thankful that the owners are so open minded professional and easy to work with to bring loads of beautiful niche music to the city - it would be a tragedy if it had to stop: BEAT THE PLANNERS!

Comments: Building a flat behind H & H would be a travesty. As one of the prime music venues in the Midlands, this cannot happen.

Comments: Deciding to build a residential building on a plot of land BEHIND any kind of bar is not fully thought through. Even if The Hare and Hounds didn't present live music, the people who live in said residence would complain of the kind of natural noise bars and pubs produce (i.e. patrons coming & going, workers having to use the backyard, etc.) The only way this should be allowed to go through is if the building was built under the understanding that the people living behind the bar wouldn't have quiet nights.

Comments: The Hare and Hounds in birmingham is a landmark out of town venue which has always been important for many smaller sized bands and acts to cut their teeth in and on. We should not endanger its live music policy which would almost certainly happen if planning permission is granted.
