   Comments: This is ridiculous! You cannot allow a flat to be built near a live music venue. It has already forced the closure of other music venues like The Fiddle and Bone in the city centre and put a halt to live music at the Spotted Dog and forced The Rainbow to build a roof at it's own expense. Use common sense on this please!

   Comments: The Hare & Hounds has been a great place to meet friends and listen to good live music since I first arrived in the city in 2002, to build a block of flats so close to it is stupid, we need to be keeping our heritage, not putting them under the threat of closure due to sound restrictions.

    Comments: The Hare and Hounds is an important facility for live music and events and we should be proud that it brings some of the best up and coming acts to a venue in the heart of our community. I would see any residential development close to the venue as a threat to that facility.

    Comments: The Hare and Hounds is famous live music music venue based in Birmingham. It plays a key role in generating revenues for a number of local businesses via the live entertainment it provides. Any planning application that might result in a cessation of live music events at the venue should not be approved due to the negative impact it will have on the local economy.

There are plenty more plots available that could be utilised for residential property builds, but there is only one Hare & Hounds. Please don't let one of Birmingham's best independent music venues become threatened by allowing this planning application to be approved.
