I am a 10 std student and my elder brother is in 12 std. My father is a Doctor and has a private clinic. My mother works as a Medical officer Government ladies Hospital Nanded Maharashtra this hospital is also called as woman's hospital. I wish to bring to your notice few facts of the Woman's Hospital Nanded which I came to know when my father and mother discuss these things in closed door. My mother is working in that hospital since approximately one and half year. According to my knowledge and inputs from my classmates father there are around 12-13 doctors working in that woman's hospital and the in charge of that hospital is a lady and she is grossly violating Human Rights and She is troubling few doctors by the way of making compulsion to work 24x7 year around without providing these doctors necessary relaxing hours/breaks At the same time few doctors are hardly working in that government hospital but instead are doing private practice. My mother and some other doctors are always stressed because they are victimised by in charge of their hospital as they had complained to the higher regarding corruption the in charge is carrying out in that hospital. The in charge of that hospital is misusing her official position for monetary gains and helping the corrupt. My mother and other aggrieved doctors have written to the government of Maharashtra and the concerned higher officials but the officers higher up are not taking any cognisance as the in charge of that hospital is politically connected I request you to look in to this matter as misuse of official position by this officer is causing harm to my family. I came to know that the In charge of that Hospital is harassing my mother and other doctors and passes derogatory comments about my mother in General staff of that Hospital and asks my mother to leave job with immediate effect. She says my mother is suffering because of sins she has done in her past life I believe my mother may get hurt or she may break down mentally because of this Gross violation of Human Right by this particular office head I am being deprived of parenting by this horrendous behaviour of lady who happens to be in charge of my mothers hospital Thanking you sir
