The garden committee continues to dodge our questions about the proposed path closure. Send an email to the council representative tonight demanding they protect this historical feature from unnecessary destruction.

A lovely path which takes walkers off road and into green space right in the heart of town.
This path is precious, please do not lose it. It is one of the few places in Brighton where you can find bluebells in spring.
Does this path have public right of way status? Does it enjoy Listed curtilege status? What deterrence measures could they take? Like installing CCTV or solar-powered lighting? What else? Destruction of our historic landscape for this reason is not right.t
I spent my childhood playing in the gardens and on the path, and think it's a shame if future generations don't get the chance to do the same.

Save the path. The idea to get rid of it is totally flawed and poorly conceived. Spare much time, money and regret by keeping it. The path is a minimal factor in ASB on the Crescent.
