| 8 | Dan Marshall | We own a small toy store that specializes in handmade toys from artisans and very small companies. Our business will be hugely impacted if the CPSIA is not reformed to protect small toymakers. Thanks! |

| 12 | Jason Gold | We are a small USA manufacturer of natural wooden and fabric toys. This legislation is devastating for us and many others. While we know that we will weather this storm, there is a chance that the legislation will push us to be an export firm only. Around the world the safety requirements are reasonable and acceptable. It would be a shame for an American firm to only be able to sell their quality items outside the USA due to the extremist legislation created by our unenlightened congress. |

| 25 | Erin Glaser | I make and sell sock dolls for a living, and the enactment of the CPSIA as it is currently written will effectively shut my business down and eliminate my livelihood. Unacceptable. |

| 35 | Katherine Van Wagner | As a small business owner who carries European and US-handmade toys almost exclusively, this act is seriously detrimental to my business as is. Please amend this law so it does not harm small businesses selling non-toxic products or those that have been consistently manufacturing them. |
