I have been reading your messages about how frustrating it is to browse the site only to find our home is excluded from the shipping list. My inbox is full of people sharing the same disappointment and I am currently working on a formal letter to send to their regional office.

Seeing this grow makes me realize I am not the only one frustrated by being left out of the H and M online shop. Your response proves that we deserve the same access as our neighbors.

i really want to shop online but i cant. please fix this h&m
Would be so much easier for everyone if we didnt have to travel to get these items. hope this happens soon.
Ridiculous that we have to drive across the border just to buy clothes. Please start delivering here already!
FINALLY someone said it. tired of missing out on all the good sales because of shipping restrictions.
It makes no sense. We are in the EU just like Austria and Italy. Stop ignoring us.
