Comments: areas south of market near the freeway entrances and exits are reminiscent of scorched earth, devoid of street life and horrors for pedestrians. The heart of SF should nto follow suit.

Comments: I urge the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to halt the rebuilding of a 2-way elevated Central Freeway ramp from Mission Street to a touchdown at Market Street. I ask that the Board instruct CalTrans to stop construction of this ramp until there is an opportunity to investigate better alternatives and receive community input. Comments: I recognize the need to re-connect the Central Freeway to city streets. However, I don't believe it is necessary to reconstruct a ramp that extends through the north Mission neighborhood all the way to Market Street. A better alternative, I believe, would be to continue the 'Octavia Blvd.' design to a freeway connection at (or near) Mission Street.

Comments: Do not re-build an elevated freeway ramp. I drive and leave 5 minutes earlier to deal with delays. Quality of life is much better now. Valencia Street is now beautiful where is meets Market Street.

Comments: I like how the tearing down the central freeway ramp has opened the city up to light and would be interested in a different plan than that of building a ramp to market st.
