Jack has applied for approval of a home occupation, Family Child Care Home, at 601 Hampton Hills Drive The undersigned homeowners at Hampton Hills Community are opposed to a Home Day Care Center in their community. This Center would violate the original intent of this community, as a residential community without commercial enterprise. It would increase unwanted traffic, noise and homeowner liability. It would decrease homeowner property values. These signatures represents opposition to the approval of a Day Care Center in our community.
