Basically, TheTechGame does not want a Halo Reach Forum because there is already a "Halo Section", When each Call of Duty has multiple sections. The reason being is that there is "much more" related to Call of Duty. So basically despite being the Most Anticipated Game of 2010, because you can't mod it with a J-Tag, it is not important.
