Bring back Halloween!

The petition

Children should be allowed Halloween at school. Not "Harvest Day", "Fall Celebration", or any of the other euphemisms we've come up with to stand in for the "pagan" holiday of Halloween. The Anne Arundel County Council recently passes a resolution stating this, and we believe that Fairfax County should do the same.
