Participation in Halloween Costume Day stimulates creative growth and has been a Shenendehowa Central School District tradition. Breaking this tradition upsets the Shenendehowa student body and discourages participation in future school events such as spirit days and fundraising, which can further impact the development of this great school. Ultimately, the Shenendehowa Central Schools will do more harm than good by canceling this fun and growth stimulating activity.
