Signing this petition means that you put ace and the heart of Toronto sports, Roy Halladay, before the idiots that employ him. I am reaching out to any dedicated fan of the Blue Jays, not only trying to stop this franchise from losing such a valued member, but to also stop the city from losing two great citizens in Roy and Brandy. Anyone who has been fortunate enough to witness Roy make the best hitters look like the Bad News Bears, or attend one of the Lady Jays events hosted by Brandy, then your day, or even your life, was altered for the best, not because of the Jays franchise, but because of the Halladay family; therefore, you need to sign this petition. Keep the doctor, get rid of the disease. Our ace comes before our bonehead GM. Once enough signatures have been cast, I, along with anyone willing to help me, am going to pass out a copy of the petition to anyone walking through the SkyLine or past the stadium, everyone seated in my section at the SkyDome, and anyone willing to listen. I will do this until the front office decides to hear our voices and give this city a reason to believe they are trying to build a team we can be proud of as citizens. Even if we fail to stop the trade from happening, at least we will let the greatest pitcher this franchise has ever seen know that we appreciated his work.
