    Comments: I agree and support Hailey's law 100%. Licensed Day care provicers should be required to use baby monitors and definately not shut the door if they don't have a monitor. I think this was an infraction of the safety law and the State is to blame as well for not making this a law long ago. It always seems they don't make things a law until someone looses a life. This is very sad.

    Comments: Very good law to pass if it saves one precious ,helpless , sweet babies life. I know the day care worker should have known better.We all make mistakes but not with a helpless baby. May God help that caretaker for if it were me I couldn't live with myself.
