We the employees of the Housing Authority represented by ASFCME would agree to the 13 furloughs under the following conditions:
1. Amend our current MOU from 5 years to a 2 year contract
2. Restore the full cafeteria cash-out option by removing the $250 cap effective December 1, 2012.
3. Rescind the 1% increase to the employees PERS retirement contribution restoring it to 4% effective December 31, 2012
4. COLA increase in July
