    Comments: Being brought up in Hackney nearly all of my life, the Hackney Empire has stood alongside the Hackney Town Hall as the most iconic venues in the borough. The area would not be the same without it. Please find a way to keep it open.

    Comments: please do what we can to save the vibrant empire. it deserves grants,support in an area which has much culture but little public space to engage with it. the building is a delight and should be a focus for not just local community , but for an international audience seeking drama, humour music performed at highest level
