MISSION STATEMENT: The United States Government, Military, and our Federal Agencies responsible for National Security are failing to embrace the domestic / home grown talent pool; namely computer "hackers" needed to ensure our security. WHO THIS CONCERNS: All concerned Americans who believe we should use all resources available to protect, and ensure our National Security. U.S. Citizens / Computer Hackers who want to help the Federal Government in providing for our Defense and National Security; through contract / full-time employment opportunities. -------------------------------------------------------------- We invite you to join us in support of this cause by signing onto this petition. Please read all statements fully and carefully, and answer any questions honestly; before making your decision. We live in a digital age, where computers and electronics are embedded in virtually every aspect of our lives. From our televisions and mobile phones, to the check out lines in the local supermarket; our society is dependent on computing and the networks which connect them. Even our electric grids, and power generation stations are connected; thus they are vulnerable. The United States Government, Military, and our Federal Agencies responsible for National Security are failing to embrace the domestic / home grown talent pool; namely computer "hackers" needed to ensure our security. There is a refusal system wide to evolve our "CyberWarfare" readiness, and Offensive capabilities. Instead we remain vulnerable, and visibly under staffed. Assessment after assessment is being conducted, and we are receiving failing grades across the board on "CyberWarfare". Countries like China, Russia, and Israel are all far ahead of our efforts; and they are proactively pursuing digital weapons which is the future of warfare. The only reason for this, is that we have bureaucracy and egos standing in the way of the solution. The so called "White Hat" hackers (which are not hackers at all, but instead school taught / book train IT Security personnel), are intentionally preventing the enlistment of "REAL HACKERS" who want to help!
