Those that sign this petition are stating to the School Board that they support Mr. Haas as Superintendent of the Benton Community School Corporation. We do not know the details behind the School Board's decision to not renew Mr. Haas's contract, but we want the School Board to know that Mr. Haas has strong community support. We feel he has been a wonderful leader of the Benton Community School Corporation. Let's not forget that the School Board members are elected officials. Mr. Haas leads the school corporation with honesty, integrity and strong values, all of which lead to the students being given the opportunities that are part of the School Board Mission.
