We the customers of Hosting365 wish to express our extreme disappointment with the announcement that Hosting365 is to withdraw the freephone support service on March 18th, 2008.
We feel this move is intended to put as much distance between Hosting365 and its customers as possible by introducing this disincentive to call and therefore to remove as much personal accountability as possible from individuals within said hosting company here in Ireland.
We note with alarm that the 24/7 support service referred to in the notice seems to be a call centre in Krakow with no direct physical access to the servers under the care of Hosting365 and are greatly concerned as to what will happen should there be a communications outage.
We request that you reverse this decision immediately.
Paying good money for hosting and now we get downgraded support? Not cool.

Ridiculous decision. If I have a server issue at 3am I dont want to be dealing with a call center that has no clue what's going on. Keep the local support.
