Have a look around hanson.net and you will see so many people asking \"where is my membership kit\".
This question is often ignored by staff or they are told \"it\'s in the mail\", some people recieve there kit in a few weeks, but the fact is alot of people are waiting up to 7 months!, alot dont get there kits at all.
This is unacceptable!
h.net ignoring emails asking for answers is also unacceptable.
This petition will hopefully get some answers from h.net
They can ignore 1 customer but they cant ignore hundreds.
We love hanson but the fact is the staff at h.net are unprofessional and they need a better service then sending out the kits in batches and not responding to emails.
This petition will be sent to the staff at h.net so they can see how many people are fed up with not getting what they paid for.
You cannot be banned from h.net for speaking out and this will not \"blacklist\" you at h.net, your just asking for what you paid for.
