The Council Taxpayers of Gwynedd have a legitimate expectation to receive better services than is currently the case, in particular with regard to housing for all age groups and recreational facilities. Gwynedd now has the highest levels of housing deprivation and poor services despite intolerable increases in taxes levied. We cite the recent abuse of the democratic process whereby the number of members required to refer matters of concern to full council has been increased to 21 from 15. We the undersigned have no confidence in the ability of Gwynedd County Council to look after our interests.
