I marlon ledgister d.o.b 19/03/1977 came to the UK on the 29th of january 2000, as a vistor was granted one year student visa, just before it had expired I went back to Jamaica and had to fled because I witness the murders of ramion Forbes and Jermore Myres on the 22nd September 2001. I seek asylum after I was stop and being detained for over staying , I was given bail in september 2002. I got married in April 2003. I went to prison due to domestic incident with my ex-partner and spent my time in prison in rehabiliation and training. I got all the documents to support this and also part-take in voluntarily work in Birmingham which was covered by the Birmingham evening mail. I have three children one of whom died and buried in woodland cemetry in Birmingham. My eldest son is 4 years old and my youngest daughter is 4 months old. I have been detained at colnbrook and harmondsworth for 9 months. I was assulted by several members of the G4S security on the 23rd of January 2008 on forciable removal where I was almost choked to death kicked, punched and verbally and racially abused. Im my eyes assult is a form of attempted murder I have all the medical report and evidence to substanitiate all this incident from DR Charmine Goldwyn. Since this incident it has left me in a bad mental and physical health. I still have the scares and the numb sensation in my right thumb and I am unable to sleep have constant nightmares and anxiety has worstened and have not eaten properly since 23rd January 2008 due to my throat as I can't swallow My brother who was nine years old at the time when I witnessed the murderers was also in the house and this has left phycological effect on him and has got medical reports as evidence. The BIA at harmondsworth have notify me from the 3/03/2008 that the jamaican high commission have withdrawn my travel document and im still in detention we lost a child only inlight my son was buried on the same date and month as the killings i witness.our MP in Birmingham MR Roger Godsiff wrote to Ms Jill Beckingham i still await the out come. I had a bail application on the 14/03/2008 i never received a bail summary the day before as the SSHD guidlines and rules set out on the step of the bail summary,my bail was refused within five minutes as it was heard in my absence only to find out on the letter from the judge for reasons for refusal it have the date of the hearing which was the 14/03/2008 but on the second page of the grounds for refusal it had the date before the hearing which was the 13/03/2008 and then it came to light it was the same judge that refused to grant an adjournment in my appeal on the 22/05/2007 even when my solicitor explain the the barrister was not present and my son was sick and my wife was pregnant was it was very hard for her to make it to court but she refused and now this has left me in this problems
