We the undersigned call upon the UK Coalition Government to make clear their position on the following points raised by UK Forces Veterans of the 1990/91 Gulf Conflict. Described worldwide as the "Most Toxic War in history" We demand appropriate medical testing in line with the current US position on GWS / GWI and immediate preventative treatment. We demand that Nick Clegg reclarify his position on Gulf Veterans as he promised that he would, if elected, implement all the recommendations of the Lord Loyyd of Berwick inquiry as he accepted its findings in full. We demand a fairer and simpler War Pension appeals process, too many Veterans have to endure numerous highly stressful Tribunals in what seems to be penny pinching on the Govts behalf, to the point where many Veterans pay the ultimate price and their lives are ended prematurely
