    Comments: Glasgow University nurses are known through-out Glasgow as being the best! we have a fantastic grounding in life sciences all thanks to the courses we were set by the Integrated Biomedical Life Science courses. This is the reason the nursing school gives Glasgow University a good reputation, its for this reason the nursing school is one of the top rated nursing school's in the UK!! Our nurses can demonstrate the fundemental science knowledge that makes them the brilliant nurses they are!!! We need to keep the science department .

    Comments: This is a ridiculous course of action given the details of the current situation. It is not yet necessary to consider such action and will disproportionately affect those staff who are most involved with teaching. Since a massive proportion of the University's income is a result of students any premature cuts negatively impacting on teaching quality is extremely short sighted and likely to harm the future of the University.
