There is no transparency in the way they administer the game and their handling of the game are highly questionable often showing favoritism towards certain players,and I as a paying customer and player will with immediate effect stop supporting the game and stop buying ATEMZ points.Flag

The server is always down and the hackshield in GTH is not a proper one; easy to bypass. The most important point is that the GM is not fair. Obviously not doing a proper job. So many rumours of helping friends and relatives, bribery. Players are quitting because of this being the main reason. I strongly urge e-games to take some action against the GMs in GTH. If not, more players will quit and tell more players this game is bad causing no income through atemz and in the worst case, close the game. This will cause more dissatisfaction in e-games and thus losing more customers. Thanks for looking into this and i hope the problems can be resolved as soon as possible.Flag

Hackers were spoiling the game and the GMs ban some of the hackers but the other hackers run wild. The GMs mention before that only a screenshot with the person hacking and the GMs in it can be used as a proof to ban the hackers. However, people were banned and no proofs were shown. There are also those infamous hackers in the game who were not banned. With the rumours of GMs siding with their friends or relatives, we strongly believe that the GMs are biased and help their friends or relatives playing the game to level and hack safely. We urge the GMs to be more transparent towards their job and please voice out for us players to have a better understanding of what is happening in the GTH community. Thank you.Flag
