We the People, loyal players and friends amongst the Grand Theft Auto community, wish to acknowledge the harsh terms and pointless restrictions on several aspects of the game, including recent movements made in acts against the vast majority of players. The following is not a request. It is not "what we would like to see". It is what we need, in order for us to keep playing and investing time and money into GTAO.

1. Harsh ban policy without possibility of appeal.

-Why? Some things happen. GTA is filled with less-than-reputable people who simply love ruining the experience for others. Some, to the point where they wish to anger people by taking away GTA from them as a whole. Groups of trolls reporting an innocent player, only to have that player condemned for doing absolutely nothing.

-It is simply the responsibility of Rockstar to investigate and look into each case of reports and ban-cases. Players are innocent until proven guilty. Why get rid of the hard working, loyal players due to things such as (but not limited to) false reports.

-Permanent band should be reserved for modders and players that excessively find unusual ways to ruin the gameplay experience for everyone. Likewise, permanent band should only apply to non-modding players that are third-time offenders.

-Progress wipes should be reserved for players that have committed a second serious offense of the same or similar nature of their first offense, as well as players who received modded money or RP from a modder and did not report it within 48 hours.

2. Glitched (not modded) money and RP.

-Unfortunately, a vast majority of players have used this method to make decent amounts of money. Some have used it to make hundreds of millions, and even billions of in-game currency.

-This method is not a game-bug exploit. There is no bug. It is a system/network exploit, forcing the host to lose connection at the very last second and remain able to start the mission again without doing the necessary setups.

-Those that have earned under $100M of in-game currency from this method should be pardoned from any punishment for this action, because they did not spam it excessively to earn excess savings. Players that currently have over $100M in their accounts and have used this method to earn excess of potentially billions should have their accounts adjusted appropriately to the limit of $100M with a 10-day bad-sport lobby incarceration.

-Out of basic respect for loyal players and customers, it is the responsibility of Rockstar to notify and warn all players that a ban-hunt will occur if the specified offense is committed after the warning is posted. Likewise, the warning should be posted not only on Rockstar's website, but also on the loading screens and should remain there until the offensive action has been removed.

-It is the responsibility of Rockstar to fix any and all loopholes or exploits in the game to prevent greed to overcome loyal players. Bugs are found all throughout the game, and more appear with every update. Certain bugs cannot be fixed, or need more effort to fix. We understand. But as long as they are there, they will more than likely be used.

-Suggest a daily heist limit. Each day, each player can only participate in two of each Heist mission and Setup mission. This count is activated upon spawning in the mission. This may not stop the money-making exploit, but it will severely cripple it.

3. Clothing Compatability and Allowances.

-We, as loyal players and customers, fail to see why some clothing items are not allowed to be worn with others, as well as why there are certain items that we cannot buy anywhere, but are found on locked or unsavable outfits.

-Outfits do not harm the experience for anyone. It affects the game in no way, other than personal cosmetics. The only outfit that should not be allowed are those that make body parts invisible.

-We know the items we desire are already in the game, and are saveable and removable. Players have glitched them to their saved outfits. Why can we not do this anyway? What harm does it do?

Rockstar, we, the people of GTAO, your loyal customers, want answers and fixes. We have no desire to take action against a game and company that we love so dearly, but we will have no choice but to make our voices heard and actions felt if these things are not changed, especially with the new ban policy.

Signed,

A loyal, pissed off customer
