Severine Gevaudan | As far as I know the Peacocks Centre is a shopping centre... including families indeed but also many other groups of people... and I'd rather see people standing for Human Rights there instead of signs like 'Toys'r'us' which remind me I'm reduced to a consumer... and last but not the least... if we back to the nature of the Peacocks Centre...it is very well known gay people contribute a lot to consuming and business... Therefore not only the managers of this centre are humanly speaking... limited... but I'm quite concerned about their business skills...

James Reynolds | If you insist that a gay charity is inappropriate i'll consider my patronage of your shopping centre inappropriate also. I shall stick to Guildford instead where the shopping centres are hopefully run by less hateful individuals.

stuart ronald | surely "world aids day" doesnt even 'promote' gay or lesbian lifestyles anyway, even straight people can be affected by the disease - what is the manager thinking of??? i think it just proves his dislike for gay and lesbians alike!

I live in Woking and I read somewhere that its the highest place in the South for HIV, surely this would be an important thing to have people promoting sexual health, HIV. Its not like THT, NHS and Gay Surrey are going to thrust condoms in peoples faces, what is this guy on. He should be sacked and replaced by someone that understands the very people that shop in his centre, he is a disgrace |

claire | I cant velive the stories I have read, why are they bullying the charity and what is their problem with raising awareness to these matters in their shiopping centre. Are they above the law, do they honestly think its right to say "deemed inapproriate" in a newspaper. is Mr Keeping really that ignorant. maybe we should announce a new virus to hit Surrey called the Keeping disease - the cure "instant dismissal"
