Fellow Green Run Home Owners/Residents, This is a petition in hopes of disolving the GRHA all together. I am tired of seeing what, if anything our hard earned dues are being used for. I am enraged to see that our dues are going towards things either not needed or without our as a whole's consent. These wonderful signs that have been placed within our neighborhoods are just not needed nor will be any more useful than that of the Greenrunner or their WONDERFUL website. The Vote for those signs were that of the board, and we paid the bill. I am tired of walking through neighborhoods after the grass has been cut and not walking on sidewalks but grass clippings. Our Canals are in one word...disgusting!! Infact that word can describe a lot of our neighborhood parks, streets, pools, courts, and anything else I have forgotten. Our dues are some of the highest in this area, and for our dues to be so high We NEED to see Change. I have asked for specific things through the years and they are always..."working on it" I am a homeowner just like you and our dues would be better off in our savings accounts or on our kitchen tables or putting our children through programs worthy of them. The Association is doing nothing for any of us, and they need to know this will not be tolerated, we are louder and stronger than the assosiation, and we are the only ones to put a stop to it. We as a community could and would do a better job knowing these are OUR HOMES, and OUR NEIGHBORHOODS that our children/grandchildren play in. Please as you drive through our neighborhoods take a GOOD look around...is this worth 37.00 a month. My own answer to that is, it wasnt worth the 25.00/month. so ...... NO way NO how. Then sign this petition and please forward this to all homeowners/residents in Green Run even if you dont feel as I do, someone else may and they have a right to be heard as well. We Will make a difference in our community and will keep this assosiation out of our pockets. Thank You
