Petition in Opposition to All Efforts to Rescind Conditional Use Permit Issued to Greyhound Ranch Adoptions, Inc.
We, the undersigned, are registered voters in the State of Florida and we hereby Petition the Lake County Florida Board of County Commissioners and the Lake County Florida Zoning Board to keep in place the following conditional use permit: CUP #07/9/1-4 dated September 5, 2007, which permits Greyhound Ranch Adoptions, Inc. to operate a greyhound adoption facility at 25429 Shetland Trail, Sorrento, Florida 32776, as previously and properly approved by said Boards on September 25, 2007.
