Robert Lawrence bought my 1998 Chevrolett Silverado 4X4, at date of proof of insurance, approx. One year and a few months. Robert has paid me $1,500.00 within the time of his possession of the truck and now. I would like the remainder of the money as soon as possible as, he won't pay the rest in 200.00 per month installments until the principle is paid, no interest. The remainder is $5,000.00USD. I won't accept installments as I will place a lean on his business and property. I would ask for filing fees,copies,post. No punitive damages or interest.
