| 62 | Anonymous | Yes, the traffic on Bur Oak is too fast and I will not let my 2 children walk to school because the traffic. I would like to see speed bumps because I think this might slow down some drivers. As for stop signs, I continue to see drivers yeilding at stop signs then continue at their fast speeds. Hope this petition helps. :) |

| 68 | Dave Georgievski | I live on Victoria Wood Ave just off of Alfred Paterson and this summer (2008) I contacted both the Town of Markham and York Regional Police regarding the same issue on our street. The town provided an explanation via telephone and email as to why they will not do anything at this time. York Police put a radar machine on the street for about 2-3 weeks. Appreciated York Police efforts but obviously not a permanent solution like speed bumps. |
