On Saint Patrick's Day, way back in 2001, the Toronto Maple Leafs wore an alternate green Toronto St. Patricks Jersey to pay homage to the teams' heritage. I have always thought it was a beautiful Jersey, and I'd love for our boys in blue to once again grace the ice in green. If it were possible, I think it'd be amazing to see them sporting a road version of the St. Pats Jersey at their game in Washington, D.C on March 16th, 2014. This is last minute wishful thinking of course. If anything it'd be interesting to see if any other fans would like to see it comeback - and if it's not possible this year, the next.
