we, the 7th graders of the year 2009, request to go to greenkill. we didnt get to go because the board thought the bridge was going to get bombed. also this generation of kids didnt get to go to ellis island either, because of september 11. the trip was supossed to be in 6th grade, and everyone was looking foward to it. well at least i was. they tried makeing up for it with lame things such as the farm animals and outback where we only got two choices to choose from. WE are now passing around a petition at school asking the same thing. We want greenkill >:0 ! plese Sign if you want to go!! Sincerley yours, 7th graders of the school of Finely.

Comments: I work at Greenkill too. I'm not an official voice of the camp, just a bored naturalist waiting for laundry to be done. Its an amazing place and very few people go home disappointed. You can't be afraid to live life whether it involves tripping and spraining your ankle or terrorism. The benefits of life and Greenkill outweigh any of the unlikely risks involved. Good luck. I know its not your decision but hope you succeed.

Comments: well, i work at Greenkill and i know how much it is an enriching part of a students education. every learning group i have always asks "do we have to go home why can't we stay the week" and the schools that come for a week, always wish they could stay for another.
