    Comments: I am a BC alumni from the A&S Class of 2007. Sustainability is an extremely important issue, and it disheartens me to see that my alma mater is not interested or committed to it. Many universities are not in the position of BC, being able to embark on a new chapter of development. BC should use this opportunity to commit itself to leadership in sustainability. If we are not committed to advancement, then we are destined to regression.

    Comments: I have heard that some or all of the buildings are LEAD certified (as required by Boston laws). However, they should go beyond the requirement and take a leadership role and build as green as possible.

    Comments: Sustainability is not only a positive investment for the Environment, but rather an intelligent investment for a University. Environmental sustainabilty, being the crucial topic it is today, will attract the most motivated, dedicated, and determined students.
