Hi My name is Michael Davis I am a lifetime resident of Manhattan, Kansas. I live in an apartment complex on Kearney. Our apartment complex houses 12-3 bedroom apartments but only 2 vehicle permits are allowed per apartment, leaving one person to park on the street or where they can find room. I am also a student at K-State and watch many fellow classmates recieve tickets daily for furthering their education. With the limited and inadequate parking on campus, lets elivitae these \"Green Zones\" that serve no purpose other than to make the City of Manhattan and Municipal Court money.
