Dear Transat Agent: RE:Mykonian Gem, commencing October 19, 2008 on flight TS 690 to Athens, a four day stay at Mykonos and a three day cruise to Kusadasi, Patmos, Crete, Santorini,and Athens, returning on October 27, 2008 on flight TS691 to Toronto. Our complaint is that we did not get picked up at Mykonos for our onward cruise to Kusadasi Patmos and Crete, thereby missing out on two days of cruising, sightseeing and shopping. While the substitute venues were interesting, they were also frustrating with incorrect information and long waiting periods. In this regard, we demand suitable compensation. We have to acknowledge that your representatives in Athens (Marie) and Mykonos (Sophie and Melissa) were very professional and accomodating.
