| 1 | Chris Gallaway | Reverse the rules change at Gravelly Point! |
| 2 | Brett Schenker | I have been a part of the Potomca Whiffleball league for many years and to limit the time that can be played is ludicrous. There are many times the park is effectively empty and the majority people there are those taking part in these games.
The park has clearly defined goals and fields for sports and to limit their usage is a waste of my money as a taxpayer.
I implore you to reconsider and change the hours back to their traditional usage. |
| 3 | Stephen Waters | What is a park for if not to play games and have fun? Might as well pave it and make a freakin parking lot! |
| 4 | Christian Jones | What are our parks for, if not recreation? this time frame is absurd. |
| 5 | Todd Conklin | Stop the madness - sports must go on at Gravelly! |
| 6 | John Schneiderwind | 3 hours? So much for the pursuit of happiness. |
| 7 | Christopher Lucas | |
| 8 | Brett Beyerlin | I think that Gravelly point should remain unchanged for organized sports activity. |
| 9 | Jeff Le | This new regulation is completely ridiculous and serves to benefit no one. |
| 10 | Kat Barr | |
| 11 | Craig Fifer | The National Park Service should not implement this rule unless it can explain what other demand is conflicting with the PWL permit. It was also inappropriate to implement a rule like this with no solicitation of comment from current permitholders in good standing. |

| 13 | R.J. Wilson | Mr. Vela:
I think it is important to allow longer more accommodating hours for Wiffle Ball at Gravelly Park on weekends. The Potomac Wiffleball League have been happy users of the park for three years and five wiffleball seasons.Their time there is a credit to the park and adds life to the area. |

| 18 | Stephen Cook | What a great place to bring friends and family. Please don't close it off to sports! |
| 19 | Stephen Zigmund | I am appalled at the decision to limit sports activities to 6am to 9am. I am have been playing sports at Gravelly Point for 3 years and consider it the highlight of my weekend. please reconsider this decision.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Stephen Zigmund |

| 23 | Kevin Hyde | I have played wiffleball for the past three years at Gravelly Point Park. I've made numerous friendships and enjoyed the opportunity to exercise while doing something I love, all because Gravelly Point Park was welcoming. Please do not close the park when it's been such a wonderful home to so many sports leagues. When America is growing fatter, the last thing we need is to shut parks down to athletics. Please reconsider and keep Gravelly Point open!!! Thank you for your consideration.
