    Comments: Environmentally, this area they want to excavate near Sierra Drive is one of the most beautiful in the entire Placer / Sacramento county region. Shoring up the levees is great, but there MUST BE ANOTHER way other than ruining this beautiful area of beach and the surrounding property owner's tranquility by digging a huge hole for any length of time.
