    Comments: I have a son who's father died about 4 1/2 Yrs. ago.The grandma Never saw him before & the excuse for this was because her son & i never got along.She took me to court NO I did not have to visitations but I did one day a week.Four years later she still sees him up until recently we have a huge arguement because she said my son was lying.not only that but he plays sports & one of the days he practices falls her day.So we never made permanant arrangements for her to see him except she calls to her convience Now your going to tell that all grandparents should their grandchildren.WRONG!I know there are alot of grandparents that have hearts of gold.But this garndma only wanted to have her grandson because her son died.

    Comments: Please keep me informed of the progress of this petition. At least one of my grandchildren would end up in state care if removed from the primary custodial parent's care. This cause me a great deal of concern as this parent has had 3 investigations in less than one year. The investigator has spoken with me ant stated that this department is in the business of protecting abused, neglected, or abandoned children, they can not do anything about bad parenting. Thank you

    Comments: My parents raised their grandson for the 1st 2 1/2 yrs of his life cause his Mom was unfit. Now somehow the court say fit to give him back to his Mom and for spite she is keeping my parents, the only Ma & Pa he has ever known, from seeing him. Its sad to see the pain he is going through & noone will take the time to listen to him.

Now my daughter and her husband has bonded out and taken the kids back and are now trying to file charges on me for kidnapping. Was I suppose to leave my grandkids in Texas with no one to care for them Can you help me Can you give me information Can they do this

    Comments: My Aunt has raised her grand daughter for the first almost 5 yrs of her life with no help from either parent. The father decided that when the HRS wonted him to pay child support that he wonted custody of the child. The judge would not even hear my aunt side nor the witness'. He gave full custody to the father and my aunt has no rights to this child who is all she has ever known. Whats wrong with this picture What about the child.

    Comments: I am in a battle with 2 girls who won't let me see my grandchildren all because they are made at my son. They both know I'm a good grandmother but because one wants me to never see my son again or never see my grandaughter and the other hasn't even had the baby yet but if my son sees me she will throw him out and not let any of us see her. These girls are using these baby's for their own purpose not even thinking of their children. I need to see my grandchildren.

I THINK GRANDPARENTS HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO SEE THEIR GRAND CHILDREN.IT IS ONLY HARMING THE CHILD BECAUSE HE IS MISSING OUT ON THE LOVE OF HIS GRANDPARENTS.

    Comments: My name is Sandie my son drowned in a tradric accident last dec,23rd and the c,p,s denied my parent's right's all together and i haven't had many right's except one hour a week supewrvised visit's we need help my son's drowning was ruled accidental so why did they take my other 2 kids all i done was try to save my son and got him out alive he lived an hour and a half then died now none of the family can see them and they need there grandparent's at this time it's been almost a year some one please help give us some advise as to what we can do to get them with me or there grandparents thank you. sandie and her mother glenda
