Both parents are angry at me although I had nothing to do with why they have lost custody. I fear that when I return her I will never see her again. I also believe a foster parent should not call a parent and tell them the child is going to put up for adopation and she will work with them to get the child back if the parents signs for the foster parent to have legal guardian when it is not true. Unless they are provent to be criminals or abusive, there should be a law for grandparents. We had our granddaughter for the 1st 2 years of her life. then our daughter let the other grandparents adopt her. We tried to get visitation, and the judge was on our side, but there are no laws in Texas to help us once our daughter gave up her rights. I pray for our state and our country to wake up. These children are being denied their rights and it is totally unfair |
