Waterway Irelands duty towards Dublins Grand Canal

The petition

I believe that Waterways Ireland and Dublin City Council should have: a canal based Park Warden service and a Dublin based maintenance crew in order to keep and maintain the Grand Canal, one of Dublin's finest natural amenities.
