Petition the U.S. Grand Jury for the indictment of president obama for treasonous acts against the people of America and the U.S. Constitution. Executive orders applied by obama are in direct violation of the constitution as written, and adhered to, until now. His executive orders are treasonous and should be declared an act of war against the American people. This petition demands the immediate emergency response by the grand jury to start proceedings against obama concerning this matter. His attempt to deny the constitution, by replacing it through executive orders is in itself a direct violation against the constitution and the American people. This petition further asks that president obama be placed under citizen's arrest and incarcerated until the court convines on this matter. Also that the earliest court date possible is applied. As the writer of this petition I don't believe that indefinite detainment without due process of law is neither legal or morally acceptable.
