Graffiti can be a beautiful thing, yet can also be a burden upon our regular streets. They can bring colours and brightness to our places but can also make the civilians of our towns frightened to walk down the street. Graffiti can also release toxic smells which can cause smell pollution. I believe that the graffiti on Carlisle Street should only be allowed to be graphitized by people with a license, and only in places that have been left out to be graphitized.
