Lucas County Public Graffiti Sites

The petition

This petition is a joined request for designated graffiti and mural areas in Toledo’s downtown alley ways or other reasonable location with in the downtown area. With the income from the artist’s buskers licenses going toward lighting and safety of these areas to be appropriated.

This petition will be delivered to the Ohio Arts Council, the Arts Commission Of Greater Toledo, Marcy Kaptur (US Representative, Carlton Finkbiner (Toledo City Mayor) and Ben Konop (Lucas County Commissioner).

The projected goal for this petition is 5,000 signatures of support.

This petition will be active between June 22, 2007 and December 31, 2007.
