22 lives is a massive number. why isnt this already the law?? get it sorted.
About time. far too many accidents involving inexperienced drivers on these rural roads. keep the speeds down and the experience up.
My son is learning to drive right now and this worries me sick. Too many young ones out there with no experience at all just flying down the road.
Long overdue. My friend lost her daughter to a crash caused by a new driver who was showing off to friends. Never again.
totaly agree. ive seen how some of these kids drive straight after passing their test. its a death trap waiting to happen

simple common sense. put restrictions on new drivers for a year and watch the stats drop. stop dragging your feet on this.
