The petition

Hello everyone,

If you know what bugs and problems i'm talking about and don't want to read the text, that's fine, just sign please. If you do want to read before signing (which is understandable), please continue.

I'm sure you are all aware of the problems with the game Gears of War for Windows (PC). The game was released on the 6 of november in the US and on the 9 for Europe. Since then the game doesn't even work for 80% of the customers!

Everyone has a problem with this game, it's either "casual crashes", huge crashes that prevent you from playing the game you bought 55euros (or 50$), sometimes the game doesn't even start, other times you can't even log into Game for Windows Live to save your progress or even play online.

Since the 11/6/2007 and 11/9/2007 Gears of War players are trying to figure out workarounds to fix the various problems, but they hardly succeed in finding a way for everyone. Just browse through gaming forums, or even Epic Games' own forums, to see the insane amount of unhappy users about this product.

Let's face it, Epic Games and Microsoft released a game that is not finished ! Sure the artistic content (the missions, the game itself is probably nice) but the technical side behind this doesn't even work !

You don't sell a car without brakes ...

So please everyone ! Sign this petition to just show Epic Games and Microsoft what we think about their game in the whole world !

Also THERE HAS TO BE some kind of REFUND or GIFT to customers who bought this game when they first came out ! It is unacceptable that a game that costs that kind of price, doesn't work ! I spent all saturday afternoon and evening trying to find a way to make the game work, and I'm not the only one...

Thank you for your time !
