    Comments: Goshen Pass is a beloved natural treasure that should be protected, not degraded. The infrastructure required to mitigate the effects of such a large event and encampment does not and will not exist. Therefore, the environment will suffer. Simply stated, this is not the proper location for the new home of the Jamboree.
