    Comments: Due to our region historically being rather poor, and the need for expanded economic development, and infrastructure improvement of this nature would be a blessing, and highly utilized by the University and other educational institutions, military, federal government entities and the local population as well. It could serve to make internet access more affordable for locals - and we all know the computer/internet divide (haves/have nots) is huge.
